Chamomile: The other beneficial herb
“Chamomile is full of phytochemicals, the biologically active compounds found in plants, beneficial to human health. It also contains 28 different terpenoids and 36 flavonoids - the scent and taste where medicine is found. ”
Like cannabis, chamomile is a super food. Meaning, it's beneficial properties cover a wide range of help for many ailments, including help for digestive issues, inflammation, pain, bronchial issues, sleep, and anxiety.
I first began focusing on chamomile more than three years ago, after a woman posted on social media that she used the oil to successfully put breast cancer (tumor, Stage 1) into remission, after finding a study showing it kills cancer cells (links to studies below).
